Help....I'm an admin and got COVID-19 after treatment. I feel my memory is getting shorter.
It confuses me while managing various systems. If my memory is affected, I'm find it difficult to hold information in my head in order to use it to make decisions based on that information, and may struggle to recall something that has happened a disturbed daily routine, poor work patterns, demanding work, caring responsibilities, low mood, anxiety and stress can all make fatigue worse.
